Awards Children’s Charity Little Miracles Charity

Little Miracles Charity

Little Miracles charity is a Peterborough based charity that supports families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions.
Little Miracles exists to reduce this isolation and to ensure that families get the support that they need in order to support their families fully.  Their tailored activities and services provided through Family Support Workers provide a lifeline to the families and their children with the varied support that we are able to offer.  They support the whole family including parents, carers, the child with additional needs as well as the siblings and any family can receive support even before they receive the formal diagnosis.


Sports Connections Foundation

Sports Connections Foundation is a Peterborough based charity with a global reach. It was established in 2010 with the aim of using the power of sport to engage, inspire, empower and educate children. Currently, SCF has engaged with over 500,000 children and young people (aged 4-21) through four programmes:

  1. Sporting Wishes -making dreams come true for children facing life-limiting illnesses.
  2. Inspire Through Sport - Developing positive futures for children.
  3. ITS International -Guiding children away from a life of poverty.
  4. ProKick Schools Challenge Initiative - Helping every school and every child.
